Meet Flavia
ITEC Level 5‑accredited Sports Massage Therapist, CPD educator, Pilates instructor, and a member of the FHT
in Hackney, London.
With over a decade of hands‑on experience, my approach combines Western clinical practice with Eastern philosophies, creating treatments that are both deeply restorative and clinically informed.
I help people with chronic pain, muscular imbalances, sports injuries, post-surgery recovery, as well as prenatal and postnatal care for women. Sessions integrates soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and scar work.
My clinic is based in Hackney, London, where every session is tailored to your individual needs for optimal recovery and wellbeing.
My roots in Pilates and Yoga began long before my massage therapy journey, so alignment - physical, emotional, and energetic - is always at the heart of my work. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel held, heard, and empowered to reconnect with their bodies.
Safety for me means clear communication, and space for you to simply be.
As a movement enthusiast, I live by the belief that
Movement is Life. So many imbalances or experiences of “dis‑ease” arise from stillness, disconnection, or lack of embodied awareness.
Through touch and movement, I help clients rediscover flow, ease, and vitality.
Beyond the treatment room, I’m happiest when I’m moving - yoga, Pilates, aerial silks, gym sessions, or anything that lets me explore, play, and connect with my body.
Being an earth‑loving soul, I’m always researching grounding practices for myself and my clients. And as a mum of twin girls, I stay active in the most joyful way. They keep me playful, curious, and connected to the child within me. Time with them and my family is one of my greatest sources of energy and inspiration.
At the core of everything I do there is a simple philosophy:
Massage Restores.
Movement Heals.
Laughter Uplifts.
Nature Resets us.
