Restore & Rebuild is a structured, whole‑body program for anyone living with chronic pain, long‑standing tension, or recurring injuries. It’s designed for people who feel uncomfortable in their body day after day—whether they sit at a desk all day, train hard in the gym, or don’t exercise at all.

Chronic tension and pain rarely come from one single area. They’re usually the result of patterns that build up over time: how you sit, how you move, how you breathe, how you train, how you recover, and how your body compensates around old injuries. This program looks at the body as a connected system, working holistically to understand what’s driving your symptoms and how to rebuild healthier movement and ease.

 

This is not a quick fix. It’s a progressive approach that addresses the root causes of pain  and tension, not just the symptoms.

Who this program is for:

​

  • Living with chronic pain or recurring injuries for 3+ months

  • Feel “tight all the time” despite stretching or exercise

  • Sitting for work and feeling stiff or achy by the end of the day

  • Experience flare-ups when training or under stress

  • Not active at all but feeling uncomfortable in your body

  • Have old injuries that never fully resolved

  • You are frustrated that your injury is interfering with your health, work/social life  and fitness goals

  • Want a long-term plan, not occasional massage sessions

Program structure:​

​

Duration: 8 sessions
Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly (depending on presentation)
Session length: 60 minutes

This program follows a structured 3-phase approach:

 

1. ​Reset & Understand 

Goal: Calm pain, reduce overload, understand the root causes

​

2. Rebuild & Balance 

Goal: Address imbalances, restore movement efficiency, reduce flare-ups

 

3. Maintain & Progress 

Goal: Lock in results and prevent relapse

  • Personalised treatment plan based on your goals and lifestyle

  • Progressive hands-on sports massage treatments

  • Focus on the root cause, not just the painful area

  • Reassessment and progress tracking

  • Education around posture, training load, and recovery
