Program 1 – Knee Pain Reset
Pain around or behind the kneecap is one of the most common running injuries.
Programs structure:
Duration: 4 sessions
Frequency: across 4–8 weeks depending on your training schedule.
Session length: 60 minutes
Goal: to reduce knee stress and allow runners to return to comfortable training.

Duration: 4 sessions
Frequency: across 4–8 weeks depending on your training schedule.
Session length: 60 minutes
Goal: To strengthen the calves and tendons, improve ankle movement, and help runners push off the ground more powerfully while reducing the risk of injury
