Payment & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This allows me to hold the space for you and prepare your treatment with care.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, either before or after your session.
I accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided this is done at least 24 hours in advance.
No‑Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
Full payment will still apply.
I will always do my best to offer you a grounding, nourishing experience within the remaining time, and I will extend the session if possible, when no bookings follow yours.
